Photographer & Videographer

Role Objective

·        Own the in-house photo and video shooting function across all brands, using professional cameras as well as modern smartphones.

Key Responsibilities

·        Shoot Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, product demonstrations, testimonials, interviews, office content, events and other social-media content.

·        Capture high-quality product, lifestyle and brand photography.

·        Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras and understand lenses, framing, exposure and composition.

·        Shoot confidently on smartphones including iPhone, Samsung and comparable devices.

·        Operate gimbals and other stabilizing equipment effectively.

·        Handle basic lighting and audio setups.

·        Plan camera angles, framing, movements and shot sequences in coordination with the Content Strategist.

·        Maintain and organize camera, lighting, audio, gimbal and other production equipment.

·        Perform basic first-pass editing: trimming, removing mistakes/fumbles, basic sequencing and preparing clean footage for the Video Editor.

·        Ensure footage is properly organized, labeled and transferred for post-production.

·        Adapt quickly between studio, office, product and outdoor shoots.

Required Skills

·        Strong photography and videography fundamentals.

·        DSLR/mirrorless camera proficiency.

·        Smartphone photography/videography proficiency.

·        Gimbal operation.

·        Basic lighting and audio knowledge.

·        Basic video editing.

·        Good visual judgment and attention to detail.

·        Ability to work independently and under production deadlines.

KPIs

·        Quality of captured photo/video footage.

·        Shoot turnaround time.

·        Low rate of unusable footage and avoidable reshoots.

·        Equipment care and readiness.

·        Ability to consistently deliver production-ready footage.
