Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage and drive delivery of a complex enterprise product built using .NET, Python, and SQL Server technologies. The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, handle stakeholder communication, and ensure successful product delivery with high quality and scalability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end software project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Coordinate with Development, QA, Product, DevOps, and Business teams.
  • Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
  • Work closely with technical teams on solutions involving:
  • .NET / .NET Core
  • Python services and AI integrations
  • SQL Server
  • APIs and Microservices
  • Conduct sprint planning, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Prepare project reports, delivery updates, and escalation management.
  • Conduct product demos and showcase new features to clients, management, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality delivery, release management, and production stability.


Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of .NET, Python, SQL Server, APIs, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience managing technical software projects and Agile teams.
  • Good knowledge of SDLC, sprint management, and delivery tracking tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Experience & Qualification

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Technical Project Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • PMP/Scrum certification preferred.
