Role: Technical Project Manager / Functional (Business) Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 6 months+

Work Hours: EST

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote in India


We are seeking a Technical PM / Functional BA to bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams, drive Agile delivery, and manage requirements and project tracking.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Track project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Lead business-facing meetings and capture/document requirements.
  • Manage Jira/Azure DevOps boards, user stories, and backlogs.
  • Run daily Scrum calls with developers and technical leads.
  • Coordinate across business and technical teams to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support Agile planning, prioritization, and delivery activities.


Required:

  • Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong Jira and/or Azure DevOps experience.
  • Experience managing requirements, user stories, and backlogs.
  • Experience working with developers and technical leads in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred: Experience with a Corporate Audit Portfolio.
