TRINS is looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage and support the school's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure operations across all campuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the school's network, servers, and IT infrastructure
  • Provide technical support to staff and students, resolving hardware/software issues
  • Administer user accounts, systems access, and data security protocols
  • Manage school software systems (ERP, learning management systems, etc.)
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer labs, smart classrooms, and AV equipment
  • Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery readiness
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and AMC support
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and licenses
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures
  • Train staff on IT tools and best practices as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator, preferably in an educational institution
  • Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and system administration
  • Familiarity with school ERP/LMS platforms is an advantage
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to train non-technical staff
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond promptly to IT issues
