Summary:

As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires overseeing the development and documentation of security controls tailored for cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. The position also includes guiding the transition of security operations to a cloud-managed model, coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain robust security postures while supporting evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable security architectures that support cloud initiatives.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure security requirements are clearly understood and met.

- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.

- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.

- Experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.

- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.

- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.

- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
