Associate Principal - Cybersecurity

Job Description:

We are looking smart, energetic, capable talents skills who can design and handle end-to-end IAM solution proposals (RFP/RFI/Proactive/Reactive.) As a Cyber Security – Solutioning team member in the Integrated part of Cybersecurity Solutions Group. you will enable our enterprise customers to define and design the solution. You will also enable our customers to understand and improve their security controls as part of a fast growing, highly collaborative team.

Role and Responsibility:

• Design end-to-end IAM solutions aligned to customer business and security objectives
• Lead customer discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions
• Develop solution architectures, scope definitions, implementation approaches, effort estimates, and pricing inputs
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and executive briefings
• Support sales teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from qualification to deal closure.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, security assessments, and customer questionnaires
• Provide strategic guidance on IAM transformation, identity governance, privileged access management, and Zero Trust initiatives
• Define IAM roadmaps, operating models, and target-state architectures
• Recommend best practices for identity lifecycle management, access governance, and privileged account security
• Strong expertise in IAM concepts, frameworks, and reference architectures.
• Hands-on knowledge of one or more leading IAM platforms
• Understanding of Zero Trust, cloud security, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Experience:

• 10-18 years of experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, or Identity Security domains.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or security architecture roles.
• Experience supporting large enterprises in hybrid, cloud, and multi-cloud environments.
• Proven experience supporting RFP responses, technical solutioning, and customer presentations.
• Strong MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
• Certifications – Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, SailPoint Certified Professional, Saviynt Certified Engineer/Consultant, CyberArk Certified Defender or Sentry, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent certifications
• Education – Graduation/Post Graduation, MBA or related field.
