Customer Support Associate

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate – Seller Support to assist e-commerce sellers across their complete seller journey. You will handle seller queries, troubleshoot issues, provide accurate resolutions and ensure a smooth seller experience across supported channels.

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 6 months in E-commerce, Seller Support, Customer Support, Contact Centre or BPO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer/seller service orientation with empathy and active listening.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and policies.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools.
• Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
• Willingness to learn new products, processes and systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle seller queries through voice, chat and email.
• Understand seller concerns and provide accurate resolutions within defined processes and SLAs.
• Support sellers across onboarding, account management, catalog, listings, pricing, inventory, orders, fulfilment, shipping, returns, refunds and payments.
• Assist with seller performance, account health, promotions, disputes and appeals.
• Diagnose issues using SOPs, knowledge resources and internal systems.
• Manage escalations appropriately and ensure proper follow-up.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in CRM/case-management systems.
• Meet individual quality, productivity, AHT, SLA, FCR and attendance targets.
• Identify recurring seller issues and share Voice of Seller insights.
• Participate in training, coaching, calibration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Budget- upto 32,000 per month
