Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Program Manager with 4–5 years of experience, preferably in startup environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional programs, and ensuring seamless execution across teams.
This role requires strong ownership, problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives across business teams.
  • Drive execution excellence by ensuring projects are delivered within timelines and business objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with client delivery, product, business, and leadership teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies while proactively driving resolutions.
  • Develop scalable workflows and operational frameworks to support business growth.
  • Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Support leadership on high-impact initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
  • Create structured documentation, reports, and execution plans for ongoing programs.
  • Drive accountability and ownership across stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

Qualifications:
  • 4–5 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Strategy, or related roles.
  • Prior experience working in startups or high-growth companies is strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • High attention to detail and strong execution capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in operations-heavy or tech-enabled businesses.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and workflow systems.
  • Exposure to SaaS, hospitality, or startup ecosystems is a plus.
  • MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
