Role Description We are looking for an Operations & Project Manager who can take complete ownership of our day-to-day project execution and internal operations.This is a high-ownership role.We are not looking for someone whose job is simply to create task lists, conduct meetings or send

reminders.We are looking for someone who can build systems, manage people, identify bottlenecks, drive accountability and ensure that every client commitment is delivered on time.This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Jaipur. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery for digital and product initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project plans and milestones, and facilitating communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams. The role involves tracking progress, identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring that expediting, logistics, and inspection activities are aligned with project objectives. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement by analyzing project performance data and recommending process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to accelerate project tasks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of critical items.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to validate project deliverables, quality standards, and compliance with specifications.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, materials, and workflows across teams and locations.
• Relevant skills such as familiarity with agile or scrum methodologies, proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project), and strong analytical abilities are beneficial.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, are required.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field, and prior experience managing digital, marketing, or product-focused projects, are preferred.
