Job Role - QA Lead

Location: Bangalore – Hybrid

Experience: 8+ Years


Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive the QA strategy for a complex enterprise modernization programme, covering functional, API, integration, UI, performance, reliability, and regression testing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the overall QA strategy and test approach.
  • Drive automation coverage using Playwright, Cypress, and/or Selenium.
  • Lead REST API automation and contract testing.
  • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
  • Manage defect governance, QA metrics, and release-readiness.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Business teams.


Must Have

  • 8+ years of QA/testing experience with strong QA Lead exposure.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium.
  • Strong REST API automation and contract testing experience.
  • Experience with CI/CD, quality gates, regression and integration testing.
  • Strong defect management and release-readiness experience.


Good to Have: .NET, React, Industrial/IoT platform experience.
