WeShuddhs (By Dr. Nishant Gupta) is a fast-growing D2C FMCG health and wellness brand. We reach 1.5M+ followers on Instagram, 2.5M+ followers on Facebook and 500K+ subscribers on YouTube, and ship thousands of orders every month across India.

About the role

You will own the visual side of our content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and our website. One day it's editing a reel, the next it's a launch banner or a new product box. You'll work directly with the founder and the content team, so your work goes live fast and you see the results.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form (reels) and long form (youtube) videos for social media and paid ads
• Create motion graphics, animated text and transitions for videos
• Design banners, thumbnails, static creatives and ad visuals for all platforms
• Support packaging and label design for new and existing products
• Maintain a consistent brand look across every channel
• Turn briefs and raw footage into finished, ready-to-post visuals

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in video editing, motion and graphic design
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus
• A portfolio that shows reels, banners and ideally packaging work.
• Understands posters, thumbnails and various other parts of graphic designing
• Strong sense of what performs on Instagram and YouTube
• Self-driven, fast, and open to feedback

Good to have

• Experience with a D2C or FMCG brand
• Basic understanding of Meta ads creative formats
• Interest in health and wellness content.
