Motion Graphics Designer

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Work Mode: Work from Office (Full-Time)

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Research teams to understand creative requirements and campaign objectives.
• Design high-quality motion graphics and visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other online platforms.
• Create engaging animations, explainer videos, promotional videos, and product creatives that align with the Intellipaat brand.
• Develop pixel-perfect creatives optimised for web, mobile, and various digital channels.
• Translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories through motion design.
• Present creative concepts and effectively communicate design decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colour palettes, and overall visual identity across all marketing assets.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in Motion Graphics, preferably in EdTech, Digital Marketing, Advertising Agencies, or E-learning.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Adobe Audition.
• Experience creating engaging video content for digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Google Web Designer is an added advantage.
