📋 Job Description & Requirements


What we are looking for:

  • Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate holders in any stream.


  • Experience:
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in International BPO/Calling is a must.
  • Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience handling US or UK customers.


  • Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with quick problem-solving abilities.


  • Flexibility:
  • Comfortable working primarily night/semi-night shifts.
  • Ability to handle extended shifts and pressure during peak seasons.
  • Willingness to support on weekends/public holidays if business needs arise.


✨ Added Advantages (Preferred Skills)

  • Prior knowledge or experience in the US Healthcare domain.
  • Experience as an A.R (Accounts Receivable) Caller.
  • Knowledge of US Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification.
