Qualifications

• Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
• Experience with performance marketing, including user acquisition, retargeting, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
• Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and create clear, actionable reports.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including funnel strategy, attribution models, and marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with creative strategy for paid social, including ad copywriting, visual collaboration, and experimentation with formats.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior 3- 4 years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns for consumer apps, social platforms, or high-growth startups is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Role Description

The Meta Ad Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, focused on planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and related networks). This role involves developing data-driven ad strategies, managing campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and creatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. The Meta Ad Strategist will monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and ensure alignment with overall marketing and product goals. Daily tasks include close collaboration with marketing, product, and design teams to refine messaging, build audience segments, and maintain brand consistency in all paid social campaigns.
