Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Pre-Sales Solution Specialist – Audio Video Conferencing (AV/VC). The role involves engaging with clients to understand their requirements, creating tailored AV/VC solutions, providing product demonstrations, and addressing technical queries. The specialist will support the sales team in preparing proposals, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role may also include training clients on using AV/VC solutions and staying updated on market trends and technology advancements.

Role Overview:The Pre-Sales Solution Specialist – AV/VC supports the sales team by designing, positioning, and presenting audio-video conferencing and collaboration solutions. This role works closely with customers to understand business and technical requirements and propose scalable AV/VC solutions that meet organizational needs.  

• Key Responsibilities:

Engage with sales teams to understand customer requirements related to audio-video conferencing and collaboration• Design end-to-end AV/VC solutions including meeting rooms, unified communications, and collaboration platforms• Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and technical walkthroughs• Support RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and solution documentation• Recommend suitable AV hardware, software, and cloud-based conferencing solutions• Act as a technical advisor during client discussions and solution evaluations• Coordinate with OEMs, partners, and internal delivery teams for solution feasibility• Support Proof of Concept (POC), pilots, and solution validations• Address customer queries related to performance, integration, security, and scalabilityRequired Skills & Competencies:• Strong knowledge of audio-video conferencing and collaboration technologies• Experience with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, or similar• Understanding of AV hardware including cameras, microphones, speakers, codecs, and room systems• Ability to translate business needs into technical AV/VC solutions• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset Educational Qualification:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field• Certifications in AV, UC, or collaboration technologies are an advantage Experience:• 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales• Prior experience with AV/VC or unified communication solutions preferredCTC:Upto 10L(Fixed and Variable)Working Day:6 days a week, WFO(Vashi) Key Success Metrics:• Sales win-rate for AV/VC opportunities.• Quality and accuracy of solution designs and proposals.• Customer satisfaction during pre-sales engagements.• Timely closure of technical and solution-related queries.
