Junior Architect

Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and documentation of architectural projects, contributing to concept development, schematic design, and detailed drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing CAD and BIM models, coordinating design details with senior architects and engineers, assisting in material selection, and producing presentations and reports for internal review and client meetings. The role involves collaborating with project teams to ensure design intent, functionality, and compliance with local codes and standards, as well as participating in site visits, surveys, and coordination with contractors when required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring active engagement with project stakeholders and internal design teams.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to contribute to conceptual and detailed design work.
• Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to architectural tools, BIM workflows, and design technologies.
• Ability to support Project Management activities, including organizing documentation, tracking design changes, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; eligibility or progress toward professional licensure is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, visualisation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to sustainable, user-centered design.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a diverse, multidisciplinary environment and meet deadlines.
• Prior internship or 0–2 years of professional experience in architecture, urban design, or interior projects is preferred.
