Junior Architect (On-site)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Lucknow. The Junior Architect will assist in developing architectural designs for outdoor and related built environments, including preparing 2D detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members. Daily responsibilities include supporting project documentation, coordinating with project leads, and ensuring that designs align with safety, regulatory, and client requirements. The role involves conducting site visits, taking measurements, and assisting in translating design concepts into detailed construction documents. The Junior Architect will also collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to help maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to contribute to concept development and detailed drawings.
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, AutoCad, and digital workflows.
• Basic Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, tracking progress, and supporting coordination among stakeholders.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/D5, Photoshop), and familiarity with visualization tools.
• Relevant academic background in Architecture (B.Arch); 0-2yr experience in architectural practice is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, conduct site visits, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and capacity to follow design and documentation standards.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and materials for outdoor and landscape projects is beneficial.
