Role Description The Junior Architect will work on-site in Tardeo in a full-time capacity, supporting the design and development of architectural projects from concept through execution. Daily responsibilities include assisting with architectural drawings and 3D models, preparing design documentation, and coordinating with senior architects and project managers to meet project requirements and deadlines. The role involves participating in site visits, gathering project data, and ensuring that design solutions align with functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards. The Junior Architect will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to design reviews, and help refine project details based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to develop concepts and translate them into detailed drawings.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration where relevant to architectural workflows, such as working with design tools and compatible software systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including basic planning, coordination, and documentation to support timely delivery of project milestones.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and strong visual design abilities are beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent field is preferred, along with knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with diverse teams are important.
