Role Summary

The Nexthink Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Nexthink platform. This role helps improve digital employee experience, endpoint visibility, and IT service performance by turning telemetry into actionable insights and supporting proactive remediation. The position works closely with IT operations, service desk, endpoint engineering, and workplace technology teams to improve monitoring, automation, and user experience across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the Nexthink platform, including user access, roles, permissions, and core platform settings.
• Monitor endpoint health and digital employee experience trends to identify issues and root causes.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards for operational and stakeholder reporting.
• Design, test, and maintain Remote Actions and automated remediation workflows.
• Create and manage alerts, campaigns, and experience monitoring use cases.
• Integrate Nexthink with enterprise tools such as ITSM platforms, directory services, APIs, and automation tools.
• Partner with service desk, workplace, and endpoint engineering teams to improve monitoring and remediation outcomes.
• Support adoption of Nexthink insights and capabilities across IT and business stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, operating procedures, and platform governance standards.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with vendors or internal teams as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ to 9 years of experience in IT operations, endpoint management, or Nexthink administration.
• Hands-on experience with Nexthink modules such as Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Remote Actions, Alerts, and Application Experience.
• Proficiency in Nexthink Query Language (NQL).
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell; Python or Bash is a plus.
• Good understanding of Windows and/or macOS endpoint environments and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Nexthink Administrator certification or related Nexthink certifications.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Intune, SCCM, Jamf, ServiceNow, or similar ecosystem tools.
• Experience with automation and workflow orchestration.
• Exposure to digital employee experience reporting and analytics.

Nice-to-Have Platform Exposure

Experience with Nexthink Infinity capabilities such as Workplace Experience, VDI Experience, Mobile Experience, Collaboration Experience, Flow, Adopt, AI Drive, or Experience Central is beneficial.
