Interior Fitout Designer

Job Summary:

We are thrilled to offer an entry-level opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Interior Fitout Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about interior design and eager to gain hands-on experience in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for interior fitout projects. You will work closely with experienced designers, gaining valuable insights and contributing to our projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Design Development:
2. Collaborate with senior designers to understand client requirements, project objectives, and design goals.
3. Contribute ideas and concepts for interior fitout solutions, considering both aesthetics and functionality.
4. Assist in creating floor plans, 3D models, mood boards, and visual presentations using design software.

1. Material and Finish Selection:
2. Participate in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures for interior fitout projects.
3. Gain an understanding of different materials and their applications within fitout design.
4. Design Documentation:
5. Assist in preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for fitout projects.
6. Learn to create accurate and comprehensive design documentation for project execution.

2. Work closely with senior designers to learn about fitout project processes and best practices.
3. Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure effective project execution.
4. Participate in learning sessions and workshops to enhance your design skills.

1. Qualifications:
2. Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
3. Passion for interior design and a basic understanding of design principles.
4. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or V-Ray and Lumion is a plus.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
6. Enthusiastic and open-minded approach to learning and professional growth.
