Branch Manager - LAP & Home Loan

Job Purpose

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. is seeking for highly motivated and experienced Branch Business Manager - Home Loan and Prime LAP vertical. The purpose of the role is to drive sales and hire, groom and retain high performing sales team in achieving the business targets and collection in line with Muthoot Fincorp & Muthoot Pappachan Group's strategic objectives.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Drive Business Growth for Home Loan & Prime LAP products in the assigned branch.
• To hire & Retain High Performing Sales Team.
• Responsible for improving the distribution by empanelment of Connectors/DSA.
• Own & resolve the early mortality, delinquencies and NPAs from new sourcing and existing portfolio.
• Identify potential customers through new markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up LAP and Home Loan business.
• Ensure high conversion rates from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• To liaison with various stake holders like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, at different levels for faster credit decisioning.
• To Retain existing live loan customers.
• Working knowledge of Collections/ Recoveries.
• Be accountable for Portfolio Quality of the Location.
• To address customer queries, resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor strategies and industry development and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify market opportunities & share competitive insights.

💼 Qualification & Role Requirements

• Graduate or UG/PG or MBA.
• Minimum of 8 years of prior experience in Banks, NBFCs would be mandatory with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Working knowledge of Affordable Home Loans/LAP business exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work in flexible working hours and travel as needed.
