Role Description


The Lead Graphic Designer will own end-to-end visual design, from concept to final delivery, for brand campaigns, digital assets, and marketing collateral. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves leading the design team, developing visual identities, ensuring brand consistency across channels, and collaborating with strategy, content, and technology teams. The person in this role will create and refine graphics for web, social media, presentations, and product communication, while maintaining high standards of typography, layout, and visual storytelling. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating briefs into compelling design solutions, mentoring junior designers, coordinating with stakeholders to meet deadlines, and continuously improving design quality based on feedback and performance metrics. The Lead Graphic Designer will also stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to support innovative, AI-aware creative work.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a portfolio showcasing diverse digital and print work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Logo Design and Branding to create and evolve distinctive visual identities.
  • Proficiency in Typography and layout design, ensuring readability, hierarchy, and cohesive visual systems.
  • Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or similar) and asset management workflows.
  • Experience leading design teams, providing clear feedback, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, interpret strategic briefs, and present design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, UI/UX principles, and responsive design best practices is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
