Account Manager - Social Media

About the Role:

We’re looking for an Account Manager with 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency. The role will involve implementing integrated marketing solutions anchored in digital experiences. The candidate should be able to generate ideas, manage clients & work collaboratively with the team. The candidate must be familiar with new digital marketing trends.

What You’ll Do:

* Communicating effectively with the client to understand the client's business strategy, plans & requirements and align the same with the internal team

* Developing creative marketing strategies, detailed monthly calendars, proactively driving initiatives, and brainstorming with the teams

* Implementing digital marketing strategies in sync with the brand’s objectives across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, their website and marketplaces

* Monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads, and conversions

* Conceptualisation and pitching new ideas, along with providing writing assistance from time to time

* Monitor digital & new media industry trends to implement various campaign ideas

* Leverage AI-powered tools (for research, content ideation, workflow automation, and reporting) to drive efficiency and enhance campaign impact.

What We’re Looking For:

* 3-4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency

* Excellent writing and communication skills

* Good with conceptual/creative thinking

* Familiarity with digital tools like Google Trends, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.

* Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI) for research, strategy, ideation, and productivity.
