Position Purpose
To manage end-to-end print packaging artwork development and execution across packaging formats. The role will work closely with Brand, Marketing, Packaging Development, Procurement, Quality, and Suppliers to ensure accurate artwork management, print quality compliance, timely packaging launches, and vendor development.
Key Responsibilities:
Artwork Management & Coordination
- Coordinate with Brand, Marketing, Regulatory, and Packaging teams to develop and manage packaging artwork for new product launches, renovations, promotions, and compliance updates.
- Ensure timely execution and approval of artwork revisions while maintaining version control.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and studio.
- Manage artwork development timelines and communicate project status updates to all stakeholders.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings, project overviews, and alignment discussions to ensure clear understanding of scope, objectives, and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate with project initiators across business units to ensure Final Files/Briefs for Use (FFU) and all required project inputs are provided to the studio in a timely manner.
- Track project progress against agreed timelines and proactively identify, communicate, and escalate potential risks or delays to ensure timely resolution.
- Execute minor artwork changes for client
- Perform self-quality checks on all artwork updates prior to submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved specifications
