Job Description

• Manage Local IT operations for MHP India, covering endpoint management, employee support, onboarding & offboarding, asset lifecycle, workplace technology, and office infrastructure.
• Experience 4 years.
• Administer Windows, macOS, and iOS endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Collaborate with global Network and IT Security teams on VPN, firewall, FortiClient, Zscaler, and connectivity issues.
• Configure and support Microsoft Teams Rooms, video-conferencing systems, and office collaboration technologies.
• Coordinate IT procurement, vendor engagement, device allocation, repairs, replacements, and asset documentation.
• Monitor alerts, resolve incidents, manage escalations, and contribute to service reliability.
• Support follow-the-sun operations, enterprise project rollouts, and the local implementation of global IT initiatives.
