HIRING | CREATIVE LEAD – COPY / BRAND CREATIVE LEAD

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3–6 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office | 5 Days

We are looking for a Creative Lead – Copy who thinks beyond content and can shape how a consumer brand sounds, feels and communicates.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop campaign ideas, headlines and copy across brand touchpoints.
  • Shape and maintain the brand’s voice, tonality and language.
  • Work across campaigns, website, product naming, packaging, PDPs, social, CRM, retail and launches.
  • Take ideas from consumer insight → creative concept → final execution.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, agencies, creators, producers and other creative partners.
  • Stay updated with internet culture, creators and emerging content formats.
  • Act as a creative quality filter for consumer-facing communication.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years in Creative, Copy, Brand Content or a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio with original ideas + actual copywriting.
  • Experience with consumer, D2C, beauty, lifestyle or other high-engagement brands preferred.
  • Strong command of language, tonality and storytelling.
  • Ability to own creative work from brief to final execution.
  • Strong understanding of culture, creators and digital behaviour.

Ideal Background: Brand-side or leading creative agencies. Titles could include ACD – Copy, Copy Lead, Creative Lead, Brand Creative Lead, Head of Copy or Senior Creative Strategist.
