Junior Art Director

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Art Designer to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a passion for design, and the ability to translate brand requirements into compelling creative assets across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Director and Senior Designers in developing creative concepts and campaign designs.
• Create artwork for print advertisements, brochures, leaflets, posters, packaging, point-of-sale materials, and digital media
• Adapt existing campaign creatives into multiple formats and sizes as per media requirements
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives
• Coordinate with copywriters, client servicing teams, and production vendors to execute creative projects
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production
• Make revisions based on internal and client feedback within specified timelines
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an advertising agency, design studio, or creative environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in FMCG or consumer brand advertising will be an added advantage.
