Academic Lead

Role Description The Academic Lead role at Entrar, is a full-time, based in Bengaluru. The Academic Lead will oversee academic planning, implementation, and monitoring of Entrar's portfolio Edtech solutions across partner institutions, ensuring that the platform is optimised and all stakeholders are benefited. The role involves coordinating with school leadership, organizing edtech training sessions for teaching staff. The Academic Lead will also collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital tools and content, support new academic initiatives, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Educational Management and Education, with experience leading academic programs or departments.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development, including designing, mapping, and evaluating school-level curricula and assessments.
• Demonstrated Team Management skills, with the ability to guide, mentor, and support educators and academic coordinators.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with school leadership, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Relevant academic qualification such as a master’s degree in Education or a related field; additional certifications in school leadership or instructional design are an advantage.
• Min 7 years experience working with school-based or K–12 academic frameworks, preferably in CBSE, ICSE, or similar boards.
• Ability to use digital tools and learning platforms to support teaching and assessment.
• Strong analytical and organizational, coordination skills, with a focus on outcome-based education and continuous improvement.
