Role Description

We are hiring an Inside Sales Specialist for our Bengaluru office located at Tropical Paradise layout, Harlur road, Kudlu. This is a B2C sales role focused on calling hot leads who have already shown interest in financial products. Your primary responsibility is to understand customer requirements, explain suitable loan solutions, and convert leads into successful sales. You will update CRM records, follow up consistently, and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in B2C inside sales, telesales, or telecalling.
  • Ability to convert hot leads into customers.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and working in a target-driven environment.
  • Graduate or equivalent experience.
