Are you a strategic finance leader with expertise in financial planning, banking, audits, compliance, and business partnering?

Looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead its Finance & Accounts function and drive financial excellence in a fast-growing renewable energy organization.

📍 Location: Mumbai

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead the Finance & Accounts department

✅ Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

✅ Handle banking operations, project finance, working capital, and loan proposals

✅ Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and investors

✅ Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and regulatory compliance

✅ Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management

✅ Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management

✅ Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team

We're Looking For

✔️ B.Com / M.Com (CA Preferred)

✔️ Relevant Finance & Accounts experience:

• B.Com / M.Com – 4–5+ Years

• Chartered Accountant – 2–3 Years Post Qualification

✔️ Experience in Manufacturing, EPC, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
