We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Finance professionals to join our growing team. This role is suitable for candidates across different experience levels, ranging from freshers and early-career professionals to experienced Finance specialists and senior leaders. The selected candidate will support and contribute to various financial functions, including financial planning, accounting, reporting, budgeting, analysis, compliance, and financial operations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance fundamentals, excellent analytical abilities, and the ability to work accurately with financial information. Depending on experience and seniority, the individual may take ownership of financial processes, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, contribute to strategic decision-making, and help improve the organization's overall financial performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day financial operations and ensure the accurate maintenance of financial records.
• Assist with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and management information.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, profitability, and other key financial metrics.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities and track actual performance against financial plans.
• Work closely with internal teams to collect financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and other finance-related activities, where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Support audit activities by preparing required financial documents and information.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• For senior professionals, provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on financial planning and business performance initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and business information.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Finance.
• Understanding of financial principles, financial statements, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret financial data and identify meaningful insights.
• Good numerical and quantitative skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Understanding of cash flow, revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA in Finance may be advantageous, depending on the level of the role.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, or financial management tools is a plus.
