About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage daily data operations, primarily involving CRM data uploading, validation, and maintenance. The candidate should have strong Excel skills and the ability to handle data accurately within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities Upload and update daily data in CRM accurately and on time. Validate, clean, and prepare data before CRM uploads. Maintain accuracy and completeness of CRM records. Identify and resolve data discrepancies. Manage Excel-based data and trackers. Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and updates. Ensure timely completion of daily data-related activities.

Required Skills

Good hands-on knowledge of MS Excel: VLOOKUP & XLOOKUP Pivot Tables IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF/SUMIFS Basic formulas, data cleaning & formatting Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle large volumes of data. Good communication and coordination skills. Prior experience with CRM data uploading will be preferred.

Candidate Profile 6 months–1 year of experience in MIS / Data Management / Operations. Comfortable working with repetitive data management activities. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Immediate Joiners or candidates available within 7 days preferred.
