Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Endocrinologist role based in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. The Endocrinologist will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid diseases, metabolic bone disease, and other hormonal conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting outpatient and inpatient consultations, interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing and monitoring treatment plans, and coordinating care with other specialists such as cardiologists and internal medicine physicians. The role involves developing individualized care plans, offering patient and family education on long-term disease management, and participating in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives. The Endocrinologist may also contribute to clinical protocols, mentoring junior medical staff, and supporting hospital-wide standards of evidence-based care.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Medicine and Endocrinology, with proven ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of hormonal and metabolic disorders.
  • Expertise in Diabetes care, including comprehensive management of type 1 and type 2 diabetes, complications screening, and long-term follow-up.
  • Experience or interest in Pediatric Endocrinology for managing endocrine conditions in children and adolescents, where applicable.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Cardiology and other relevant specialties for integrated management of endocrine-related cardiovascular risks.
  • Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and completed residency in Internal Medicine or equivalent, followed by a DM/MD/DNB in Endocrinology or related specialty.
  • Valid medical registration with appropriate licensing authorities and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.
  • Effective communication and counseling skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to hospital quality standards.
