Senior Manager Sales Business Development

Pay: ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 + Incentives

Job description: Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and identifying strategic business opportunities across branding, advertising, digital marketing, and integrated communication services.

1. New Business Acquisition

• Identify, prospect, and generate leads across sectors (real estate, retail, FMCG, entertainment, etc.)
• Develop customized proposals aligned with client business objectives
• Convert leads into long-term clients through consultative selling

2. Revenue & Pipeline Management

• Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accuracy

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Track market trends in advertising, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and media buying
• Analyze competitor offerings and pricing models
• Identify new revenue streams (e.g., performance marketing, influencer collaborations, AI-driven campaigns)

Key Requirements:

Experience

• 6–8 years in business development/sales within Media House, Marcom or Digital Marketing agency
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets

Skills

• Strong understanding of:
• Digital Marketing Eco-system
• Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to build proposals and pitch decks

Tools & Competencies

• Proposal & presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Basic understanding of analytics and campaign metrics
