Assistant Manager

We're Hiring: Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance | Nagpur (On-site)

L M P T & Associates is a Nagpur-based Chartered Accountancy firm serving businesses, SMEs and individuals across India and the UK — from GST and TDS compliance to bank financing, litigation, subsidies and UK statutory audits under IFRS.

We're looking for someone to take ownership of accounting and compliance across a diverse client portfolio.

What you'll do

→ Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting

→ Review statutory filings and keep GST / TDS-TCS compliance airtight

→ Prepare and analyse financial statements

→ Support tax planning and audits

→ Guide junior team members and strengthen internal processes and controls

→ Work directly with senior leadership and interact with clients

What we're looking for

CA Inter/Bcom/ PG in Finance or Commerce. Solid grounding in bookkeeping, reconciliations, GST and TDS. Comfort with loan documentation, cash flow, budgeting and cost control. Strong Excel and accounting software skills. Most of all — the ability to explain numbers clearly to clients and hold deadlines without being chased.

Experience: 2–3 years preferred. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience — we're open to discussing it with the right person.
