Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering
team. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable,
high-performance web applications from front to back. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional
teams—including product managers, UX designers, and cloud/DevOps engineers—to deliver robust
software solutions that solve complex real-world problems.
As a senior team member, you will also serve as a mentor to junior and mid-level developers, advocate
for engineering best practices, and contribute to system design and technical roadmap decisions.

Key Responsibilities
● Architecture & Development: End-to-end design, development, and deployment of web
applications, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and scalable back-end services.
● Front-End Development: Build intuitive, high-performance, and responsive user interfaces
using modern JavaScript frameworks.
● Back-End Development: Design and maintain microservices/monolithic architectures, business
logic, and database schemas (SQL/NoSQL).
● Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code. Conduct code
reviews, establish standards, and mentor junior/mid-level engineers.
● Performance & Security: Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security. Implement
robust security and data protection measures.
● Collaboration & Agile: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate
business requirements into technical specs. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes.
● DevOps & CI/CD: Support CI/CD pipeline automated deployments, containerization, and cloud
infrastructure integration.


Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
● 8+ years of professional software development experience as a Full Stack Developer.
● Proven track record of architecting and launching production-ready web applications at scale.

Technical Skills:
● Front-End: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g.,
React, Vue.js, Angular, Next.js). Strong HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and state management knowledge
(Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.).
● Back-End: Deep experience with one or more back-end languages/runtimes (e.g., Node.js,
Python).
● Databases: Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL
databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB, DocumentDB).
● APIs & Integration: Hands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and
WebSockets.
● DevOps & Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), Docker containerization, and CI/CD
pipelines (Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
● Testing: Strong testing fundamentals (Unit, Integration, End-to-End) using tools like Jest,
Cypress, Playwright, or Mocha.

Soft Skills:
● Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging abilities.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
● Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
● Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
● Experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Cloudflare Workers).
● Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
