Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for wire and cable harness manufacturing, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking. The role involves Manage projects from planning to completion, Coordinate with different departments, ensure quality, cost and delivery targets, Handle customer requirements and documentations, Solve project issues.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
• 7 years of experience in relevant project management .
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, electronics, or aerospace environments is beneficial, especially in wire harness or cable assembly projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field is preferred; professional project management certifications are an advantage.
