The role involves managing strategic projects and multiple workstreams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery through effective collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and the use of modern collaboration tools and natural language prompting. The role requires strong business understanding and the ability to operate effectively within the broader organizational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality project and program outcomes within agreed timelines using collaboration tools and natural language prompts.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure continuous engagement across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Drive consistent application of agreed strategies, processes, and team practices across projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, deliverables, and execution.
• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges.
• Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Apply strong knowledge of the business and its broader operating environment to support effective decision-making.
• Ensure clear communication of project status, priorities, actions, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 12 to 15 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Delivery Management, or a related role.
• Strong experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes within committed timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with collaboration and productivity tools.
• Ability to effectively use natural language prompts and modern AI-enabled tools to support project delivery and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the broader organizational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive consistency in strategy, execution, and team practices across multiple workstreams.
• Strong coordination, prioritization, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Experience in large-scale enterprise or transformation programs.
• Exposure to AI-enabled productivity and collaboration tools.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, or globally distributed organizations.
• Relevant project or program management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries
