Telecaller / Client Relations Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) 

Type: Full Time

Shift: Aligned with Australian business hours (5 AM To 2 PM)

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000/month + incentives (based on experience and skills)

About the Role

Ash Buyers Agency is an Australian buyers agency helping professionals and investors make smart property decisions. We're hiring a confident Telecaller / Client Relations Executive to manage new client enquiries, qualify prospects, and support our sales process - speaking directly with Australian clients over the phone.

Key Resounsibilities

•     Call new client enquiries (Australian clients) to verify and collect information

•     Build rapport and deliver a professional, positive client experience

•     Understand clients' property goals and circumstances

•     Guide clients on next steps in our process

•     Accurately update client information in CRM

•     Follow structured call scripts and sales processes

•     Maintain accurate client records

•     Support sales team with follow-ups and admin tasks

•     Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handovers

•     Timely, professional follow-up with prospects

Requirements

•     Fluent spoken English (mandatory) - tested during interview

•     Prior phone-based client interaction experience (telecalling, BPO, customer service, or sales)

•     Strong listening and questioning skills

•     Confidence collecting personal/financial information professionally

•     Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office

•     Good attention to detail and organisation

•     Ability to follow scripts/processes consistently

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

•     International voice process / BPO experience

•     Real estate or property industry background

•     Lead qualification / telesales experience
