Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Delhi, India. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, models, and presentations, and coordinating designs from initial sketches through detailed design and construction documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and external consultants, conducting site visits and surveys, and ensuring that designs comply with codes, regulations, and client requirements. The role involves participating in client meetings, refining designs based on feedback, and supporting project planning, scheduling, and documentation. The Architect will also work closely with engineering and interior design teams to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience developing concepts, layouts, and working drawings.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools, Adobe Creative Suite) to support design, visualization, and documentation.
• Demonstrated Project Management abilities, including planning, task coordination, time management, and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of sustainable design principles, building codes, and local regulations applicable to projects in India.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detailing skills, with attention to quality and constructability.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and with clients on-site.

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
