Senior PHP Developer

As a Senior PHP Developer, you will be a key member of our IoT team, responsible for developing and maintaining our web-based IoT products. Your expertise will drive the performance, scalability, and user experience of our platform. Responsibilities

• Design and develop PHP-based solutions for our IoT platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Implement and integrate CodeIgniter framework for efficient and robust development.
• Optimize code for maximum speed and scalability, considering IoT-specific requirements.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design, catering to diverse user needs.
• Collaborate with the IoT team to understand project goals and deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
• Stay abreast of PHP and web development trends, incorporating best practices into our development processes.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise and guiding them towards best practices in PHP development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex PHP-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintain high standards.
• Document and maintain development processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and efficient collaboration.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP development, with a strong focus on web-based product development is mandatory.
• Expertise in PHP frameworks, particularly CodeIgniter, is essential for this role.
• Experience with IoT communication protocols, such as MQTT, LoRaWAN, and STOMP, is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of Angular is an additional asset, providing a well-rounded skill set.
