Senior Full Stack Developer — B2B Pipeline

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of key modules within our B2B pipeline. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who can work independently, understands the practical realities of building for business customers, and is comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders to shape technical decisions.

You will be a core contributor to a Laravel-based platform, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining features that support our SaaS product's multi-tenant architecture and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and deliver features/modules across the B2B pipeline, from planning through deployment
• Design and build scalable, secure backend functionality using Laravel
• Configure and maintain multi-tenant architecture to support multiple business clients on a shared platform
• Design and implement application routing and API structures
• Build and manage webhook integrations for real-time data exchange with external systems and partners
• Conduct market research to inform product and technical decisions, staying current with SaaS industry trends and competitor approaches
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders (product, business, and client-facing teams) to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while being capable of driving individual modules with minimal oversight
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and contribute to code reviews

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional full stack development experience
• Strong proficiency with Laravel and PHP
• Solid understanding of SaaS product architecture and business models
• Practical experience with routing design and implementation in web applications
• Experience configuring and maintaining multi-tenant systems
• Experience building and consuming webhooks
• Front-end development skills sufficient to work across the full stack (e.g., JavaScript/modern JS frameworks)
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to work directly with stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage ownership of features or modules end-to-end
• Experience or comfort conducting market/competitive research to inform product decisions
