Location: Chennai (Hybrid)

Job Type: Permanent


Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience Hands-on with Tanium for patch deployment and endpoint management.
  • Hands-on with patch automation/process automation
  • Experience working with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys.
  • Basic knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) infrastructure, including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and VDA servers.
  • Good understanding of patch validation, server health checks, and rollback procedures.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Change Management processes.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.
  • Success Measures Timely patch deployment across Windows and Citrix server environments.
  • High patch compliance and vulnerability remediation rates.
  • Successful Non-Production testing before Production rollout.
  • Minimal business disruption and zero major patch-related outages.
  • Effective coordination with application teams to ensure patching activities do not impact critical business services.
  • Strong /demonstratable knowledge to automate the above actions
