Graphic Designer

Most graphic designers just want to make things look pretty. They obsess over drop shadows and perfectly aligned vectors, but they have absolutely no idea if their design actually generated a click, a lead, or a sale. We don’t hire decorators; we hire growth architects.

We are looking for a lethal Graphic Designer who understands the fundamental rules of art and knows how to weaponize them for performance marketing. If you know how to build high-converting statics, analyze heat maps to improve UI/UX, and actually bring your web designs to life in Framer, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Real Work):

• High-Impact Statics & Banners: You will design elite, scroll-stopping static ads, website banners, and social assets. You understand visual hierarchy, contrast, and typography well enough to direct the user’s eye exactly where we want it to go.
• The Science of Art: You don't just rely on Canva templates. You have a deep, fundamental understanding of color theory, composition, and visual weight, and you know how to apply these classical art principles to modern digital marketing.
• Data-Driven UI/UX: You don’t design landing pages based on "gut feeling." You analyze heat maps, scroll-depth tracking, and click data to identify friction points and redesign interfaces that optimize the conversion rate.
• Framer Development: You aren't just designing in Figma and handing it off to a developer to ruin. You have the technical capability to build, animate, and publish blazing-fast, premium websites directly in Framer.

Who You Are:

• You are a rare hybrid who is equally comfortable designing a gritty, direct-response Meta ad as you are building a sleek, minimalist D2C landing page.
• You check your ego at the door. If a "ugly" high-contrast banner out-converts your beautiful, subtle masterpiece, you celebrate the data and adapt.
• You operate with extreme speed and precision. You know how to maintain brand guidelines without letting them slow down your output velocity.
