Sales Manager

Our client is hiring high-performing Sales Managers with strong experience and relationships, selling to the Wire & Cable industry.

We are looking for professionals who already have access to key decision-makers across leading cable manufacturers and can help rapidly scale portfolio of Halogen-Free Flame Retardant (HFFR) and specialty cable compounds across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop major Wire & Cable customers
• Drive trials, approvals and commercial conversions
• Build a strong pipeline of high-volume accounts
• Increase sales of HFFR and specialty compounds
• Develop long-term relationships with key industry decision-makers
• Achieve ambitious regional sales and volume targets

What We Are Looking For

• Experience selling cable compounds, polymers, additives, masterbatches, machinery or other products into cable manufacturers
• Proven ability to open new accounts and convert technical trials into commercial business
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and B2B sales skills
• Ability to develop and scale a high-growth product category across the region
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Wire & Cable or closely allied industry
• Strong network within the Indian Wire & Cable industry
• Direct relationships with Purchase, Procurement, Technical, R&D and Management decision-makers

Professionals currently working with cable compound manufacturers, polymer companies, additive suppliers, masterbatch companies, cable machinery companies or other key suppliers to the Wire & Cable industry are especially encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Competitive Fixed Base package + attractive performance-linked incentives.
