All other Schools & Departments — as per UGC norms (2018)

Candidates must meet the prescribed qualifications, experience, and research requirements for the level applied to.

• Strong, demonstrable research track record
• Sound citation metrics — h-index and i10-index
• PhD supervision / guidance experience
• Consultancy engagements and funded / sponsored projects
• Patents and other intellectual property
• RCI certification (for Psychology)
