We’re looking for a seasoned Social Media Manager who can lead strategy, manage multiple brand accounts, and confidently handle client communication and campaign coordination.

What You’ll Do:

1. Conduct in-depth audience research to identify and target ideal customers

2. Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize spend for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS)

3. Analyze campaign performance data using industry-standard tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

4. A/B test different ad formats, creatives, and targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance

5. Create clear and concise reports to communicate campaign results and insights to clients

6. Stay up-to-date on the latest Meta advertising features, best practices, and platform changes

7. Collaborate with creative and account management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution

8. May manage campaigns across other digital advertising platforms.

Requirements

1. Must be hands-on with Meta Business Manager, Commerce Manager & Meta Business Suite

2. Experience with Meta Pixel conversion API

3. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

4. Prior experience working with Ad Agencies
