Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Salary : upto 3 LPA

Location: Mumbai


Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Enter, track, and manage sales orders from booking to final delivery, payment followup with client
  • Customer Support: Answer client questions, resolve complaints, and give prompt service updates.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain CRM databases, manage sales MIS, and build performance tracking spreadsheets.
  • Team Coordination: manage sales collateral.
  • Cross-Department Link: Work with finance, marketing, and logistics to coordinate campaigns and fulfillment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales support, administration, or customer service roles.
  • Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients and internal teams.
  • Organization: High attention to detail, multitasking aptitude, and strong time-management skills.
