Sales Team Lead

Job Summary

Policybazaar is hiring an experienced Team Lead – Inside Sales to lead and manage high-performing telesales teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2C Inside Sales, team management, and achieving business targets while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate Inside Sales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team productivity, conversions, and overall sales performance.
• Coach, mentor, and provide regular feedback to improve team effectiveness.
• Manage key operational metrics including Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, Occupancy, and Team Performance.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
• Maintain MIS reports and track team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Training, Quality, and Operations teams to drive business objectives.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of overall sales experience, preferably in Inside Sales / Telesales.
• Minimum 2+ years of Team Handling experience.
• B2C Sales experience is Mandatory.
• Strong exposure to Inside Sales / Telesales Operations.
• Hands-on experience in managing Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, Occupancy, and Team Performance.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve business targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Regional Language is Mandatory:
• Tamil

• Graduation is Mandatory.
