We’re Hiring: Business Manager - Sales

We are looking for a high-performing Business Manager - Sales to own the sales pipeline, drive project closures, and lead a dedicated team of designers.

Role Overview

As Business Manager - Sales, you will own the local sales funnel and drive month-on-month project bookings by empowering, training, and managing a team of 6 to 10 interior designers.

What You’ll Own

• Sales Funnel & Conversions: Actively manage and optimize the regional sales pipeline to drive higher conversion rates.

• Project Booking Targets: Drive new project bookings, targeting 12 to 15 completed projects per month.

• Team Enablement: Train, mentor, and coach your team of designers to enable them to consistently meet their sales goals.

• Customer Experience: Oversee end-to-end customer relationship management to deliver an exceptional design and renovation journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree (B.Arch preferred, B-Tech, Commerce) or Master’s/MBA.

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in Business Development and Growth, with at least 3+ years in B2C Sales.

• Leadership: Minimum 12 months of direct team management experience.

• Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with a high-ownership mindset in target-driven environments.

• Hyderabad (Experience Centres: Banjara Hills, HITEC City, Kokapet, Kukatpally)
